A few clarifications have surfaced regarding the Healthy Texas program. First, out-of-state employees can be written as long as the group is situated in Texas. Also, only first of the month effective dates are allowed. Finally, UnitedHealthcare’s Healthy Texas website has now been released in Spanish.
